1. Agreement
By using yelefile.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What yelefile is
Navaria Consulting Private Limited ("we") operates the Service. The Service provides free-to-use file-processing tools. No account, payment, or subscription is required.
3. License to use the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. This license does not extend to the source code, the "yelefile" wordmark, our compiled binaries, the API, or any other yelefile-branded asset.
4. Your responsibility for content
Files you process through the Service are your files. You represent that you have the right to process them. We take no ownership of your files. For client-side tools we never see them. For server-side tools, see the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use and abuse
You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, scrapers, bots, or any non-human client to access the Service.
- Bypass rate limits, rotate IP addresses, or otherwise distribute retries across multiple sources to circumvent throttling.
- Call the
/api/*endpoints from any origin other than yelefile.com. The API is not a public API. - Upload content prohibited under Indian law, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material; content inciting violence or terrorism; content infringing the intellectual property rights of any person; content that is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful; content threatening the unity, integrity, or sovereignty of India.
- Upload malicious payloads, including zip bombs, malformed files designed to crash our server-side conversion pipeline, or files engineered to consume excessive CPU or memory.
- Copy, clone, mirror, or rehost the Service, our compiled binaries, the "yelefile" wordmark, or any other yelefile-branded asset.
- Reverse-engineer any of our compiled binaries or other compiled artifacts. yelefile is a closed-source product; this is not an open-source project.
We reserve the right to rate-limit, block IP addresses, refuse service, or terminate your use of the Service without notice for any violation of this section.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, the "yelefile" wordmark, the design system, the source code, the compiled binaries, and all assets are © 2026 Navaria Consulting Private Limited. All rights reserved. yelefile is a closed-source product. No redistribution, modification, or self-hosting license is granted by your use of the Service.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free processing, or that the tools meet your specific needs. Specifically, we do not guarantee output correctness; see the Disclaimer page for details. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not void already-accrued obligations; sections 5, 6, and 7 survive termination.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to your use of the Service.
